I stayed @ the Hampton Inn during the Thanksgiving weekend-We arrived on Friday & the check in process was quick & easy. Unfortunately our room didn't get cleaned on Saturday due to our son still being in the room when the maid service arrived & he signed stating we didn't need room service-my husband nor I was aware of this so when we got back late Saturday evening & we opened our room door we were highly upset that the room wasn't cleaned-immediately we called the front desk & was told room service was refused & we explained that we weren't aware so we asked if we could get clean linen & towels so we could clean our room. To our surprise a crew was at our room door before we got back upstairs & they cleaned our room in minutes. We would like to thank TONYA, LISA & PERRY for cleaning our room quickly & with a smile.
